Pursuant to the Supplemental Rules and the RSRED Rules, the Administrative Charges for a Complaint under the Supplemental Rules will be waived if the Complaint is initiated within 60 days of issuance of an RSRED decision in relation to the same domain name (only applicable on a Complaint relating to a single domain name).

Fee for complaint under RSSCM Rules

The fees for complaints involving rapid suspension in serious criminal matters as of 15th May 2023 is:

The fees for complaints involving rapid suspension of recently expired domain names as of 12th February 2025 is:

Note: In case of exceptionally time consuming and/or complex cases DNDRC reserves the right to quote a revised fee proportional with the time and/or complexity of a particular dispute that may have to be incurred by DNDRC depending upon circumstances of a particular Dispute Resolution Process for instance in case of extended number of days in the hearings, voluminous documentation.
